Recently, a number of Caterpillar chassis drilling rigs developed by TYSIM Piling Equipment Co., Ltd. The clay strata in the Turkish project construction area, due to their high plasticity and susceptibility to disturbance, place stringent demands on the drilling stability and soil handling capabilities of the construction equipment. The Caterpillar undercarriage rotary drilling rig developed by TYSIM, with its customized design, perfectly overcomes this geological challenge. Its split-type modular drill tool features an optimized entry clearance for the clay soil, enabling a single soil extraction volume of up to 85% of the barrel volume. A unique hydraulically driven unloading mechanism reduces unloading time to less than 10 seconds, significantly reducing construction time.

Relying on years of service experience accumulated in the Turkish market, TYSIM has established a "72-hour response circle" covering major construction areas to ensure timely technical support and maintenance services. In response to project needs, TYSIM has sufficient reserves of key parts in local regional warehouses to quickly respond to equipment maintenance needs and minimize downtime. Before the project started, TYSIM's Turkish service technical team made a special trip to conduct on-site inspections and made adaptive adjustments to the equipment according to local climatic conditions, enabling it to operate stably in high temperatures of around 40°C in summer. During construction, TYSIM also used a remote diagnostic system to monitor the equipment status in real time. This service model has won high praise from customers.
